Naigaon Township

The most prestigious project of Matrubhoomi Group is Township Project at Maljipada, Near Naigaon on the Western Express Highway. The said Township touching Western Express Highway is approx. 9 km from Dahisar Check Naka. The Group commenced acquisition of Land by executing of Memorandum of Understanding on 22nd October, 2013. The total Land to be acquired is more than 100 acres. The Conveyance Deed for more than 35 acres have already been executed in favour of the Group. The Group / Associates have executed agreement for sale and / or have negotiated terms for purchase and have executed requisite initial document for purchase of the balance 65 acres of land.

For development of township, a FSI of approx. three is permissible in MMRDA /CIDCO regions, with certain conditions. Matrubhoomi Group is contemplating putting up a proposal for developing the said 100 acres of land as a Township. After the Group obtains all requisite permissions from concerned authorities, the Group could obtain salable FSI of nearly 1.72 crores square feet.

Shahpur Township

The Group is also in final stages of negotiations for purchase of 100 acres of land of Shahpur which is the Group is planned to develop as Township.
