Hotel Silver Plaza, Jaipur

‘Silver Plaza’ situated at Subhash Nagar which is a prime location at Jaipur. The Hotel has a ‘Roof – Top’ Restaurant and a banquet hall admeasuring approx.2000 sq. ft. at the basement. Silver Plaza commenced its business in August, 2011.

Hotel Lotus Inn, Goa

the Group acquired ‘Lotus- Inn Resort’ situated at Anjuna Bardez Goa with 37 cottages, constructed on land admeasuring 5835 sq. meters. All the Cottages are constructed in old Protégées architecture. It has a Gamming area, a Multi-cuisine Restaurant & a Bar and one of the largest swimming pools in north Goa.

Camp Broadleaf

Approx two years back we acquired Camp Broadleaf which is a Resort situated a Village Mankanthpur, Pargana Bhawar - kota, Tahesil Kaladungi, Dist. Nainital, Uttarakhand. The said Resort is constructed on land admeasuring 4.3280 hectors. The said Resort has 8 “Tent / Cottages” and has Restaurant & Kitchen. It also has a unique pond. This Resort is a very popular destination in Jim Corbett. .

Comfortable Resort – Jim Corbett

Around March-2014 the Group acquired ‘Comfortable Resort’ situated near Jim Corbett at Nainital District, Uttarakhand. The Resort is constructed on land admeasuring 0.929 hectors and 2 Bighas. In addition to this we have also acquired apprxo. 10 Bighas of adjoining land which will be merged in the Resort. The Resort has a building with 8 specious rooms and 6 unique mud cottages. The Resort has huge Restaurant made from bamboos and other indigenous material. It has a stream flowing through the Restaurant with actual ducks / swans. It also has facilities for indoor games such as Badminton, Volleyball, etc. The Resort is situated on the border of Jim Corbett National Park. The Night Safari organised by us. Deep in Jim Corbett forest is very popular.
